Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership to foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires into both HR and operational processes.
- Validate and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accurate submission of hours for payroll processing.
- Assist with employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring workflow efficiency, resource allocation, and adherence to production timelines.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including safety, compliance, and skills development programs.
- Monitor operational metrics and workforce performance, recommending improvements for efficiency and employee engagement.
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and leaders.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
